Data licence

You may

• Use the records for your own marketing, research or customer acquisition, or for a single client you name in your order.
• Load them into your own email, SMS, CRM or advertising tools.
• Keep them for as long as you have a legitimate use for them, and remove anyone who asks to stop hearing from you.

You may not

• Resell, publish, share or sub-license the records, in whole or in part.
• Combine them into a list that you sell or rent to others.
• Use them for anything unlawful, deceptive or harassing.

Opt-outs

If a person asks you to stop contacting them, you must stop and remove them. You can also tell us, and we will suppress them for all future buyers.
