1. The service
DataLeadSupply sells licences to use consumer contact records ("records") selected by the buyer through this website. Each order is for the number of records and the filters shown in the quote at checkout.
2. Quotes and prices
Prices are in US dollars and calculated by our server. A quote is valid for 30 minutes. The record count is the number available when the quote was made; if fewer records are deliverable when your file is built, you receive the deliverable records and a refund for the difference.
3. Payment
Orders are paid in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) at 1 USDT = 1 USD, to the address shown on your invoice. An order is paid only when the transfer is confirmed on the blockchain and received in full. Transfers on other networks or of other tokens cannot be credited. You are responsible for network and exchange fees.
4. Delivery
Files are delivered as a download link sent by email and shown on the order page. Links expire after ten days or ten downloads and can be renewed from the order page. Files are deleted from our systems 30 days after delivery.
5. Use of the data
Your use of records is governed by the data licence. You are responsible for making sure your use of the records, including any marketing you send, complies with the rules that apply to you and to your recipients.

7. Liability
Records are provided as collected. We do not guarantee response rates, deliverability of any individual record or the results of any campaign. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it.
