Replacement and refund policy

Hard bounces

If records in your file hard-bounce, send us the bounce report within 14 days of delivery. We replace bounced records from the same audience, or refund them at the average per-record price of your order if the audience has run out.

Short delivery

If fewer records are deliverable when your file is built than you ordered, we refund the difference automatically at your average per-record price.

Payment problems

Partial payments are held against your order; you can top up the difference or ask for a refund. Payments received after an invoice expired are reviewed by hand and either delivered or refunded.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid in USDT (TRC20) to an address you confirm by email.

Not covered

Campaign results, soft bounces, spam-folder placement and records you have already downloaded and used are not refundable.
