How it works — from filter to file in minutes

The whole purchase is self-service and usually takes under ten minutes from the first filter to the downloaded file.

1. Choose a country and an audience

Each country page shows how many records are deliverable right now. Choose email only or email plus a validated mobile number, then narrow by gender, age band, region and signup recency. In Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United Kingdom you can also select contacts by their self-reported gaming interest.

2. See the count and the price

Every change re-counts the matching records and re-prices the order on our server. Enter the number of records you want, or switch to budget mode and enter an amount: we calculate the largest number of records it buys.

3. Check out

Enter the email address the file should go to and a short description of how you will use the data. Your price is held for 30 minutes. If you bought from us before, we check that enough records remain that you do not already own.

4. Pay in USDT (TRC20)

Your invoice shows one TRON address and an exact USDT amount. The cents in the amount identify your order, so we can match your transfer automatically — usually within two minutes of it being confirmed on the blockchain. If your exchange deducts a fee from the amount you enter, add it so we receive at least the order total. You can also paste the transaction hash to speed things up. Partial payments are kept, and you can top up the difference.

5. Download

As soon as the payment is confirmed we select the freshest matching records you have not bought before — least-sold first — re-check every record against unsubscribes and our suppression list, and build an encrypted CSV. You get a private download link by email and on your order page. It works for ten days and ten downloads; you can request a fresh link whenever you need one.

After delivery

If records hard-bounce, send us the bounce report within 14 days and we replace them from the same audience, or refund them if the audience has run out. See replacements and refunds.
